Miss Donnelly is an experienced teacher with a sharp eye for what is happening in her classroom. Whispered conversations, suspicious expressions and suddenly innocent faces rarely escape her attention.
She expects pupils to behave responsibly and has little patience for unnecessary disruption, but she is always prepared to listen when something genuinely matters.
For Jake and his friends, the greatest challenge is sometimes not solving the latest problem. It's solving it without Miss Donnelly realising there was a problem in the first place.
